Olympics & Paralympics 2016 in Rio de Janeiro
The Olympics kept us very busy from February to September 2016. As at the previous 2 Summer-Olympics we had been in charge for Broadcast-Cabling and Cable-Termination at the venues and the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) in Rio de Janeiro. In addition to that we supplied fibre-specialists who spliced and installed fibre-cables at the venues and the IBC. For the rig and derig of the Olympics we supplied 5 teams. Each team included 7 experienced riggers and one wireman. We are very happy and proud that we got the chance again to work on our 3rd Summer-Olympics and we can say: Mission accomplished!
